The Public Intellectual Property Resource for Agriculture (PIPRA-www.pipra.org) at the UC Davis is seeking a technical research assistant to join a research program focused on plant-environment interaction. Responsibilities include field research trial evaluations, laboratory studies that include molecular and biochemical analysis (DNA & RNA extraction, RT-PCR, cloning, and microscopy). Requirements include a Bachelor-level degree or Master and one year laboratory assistance or research experience in a field related to microbiology or plant biology.
